First, check your internet connection. Then try these two things:
Open the Windows command prompt and type this: "netsh winsock reset" (without the quotation marks). Then restart the computer, and hopefully it will connect.
The Windows firewall might be configured to include or exclude certain programs. Go to the Windows Control Panel, choose 'System and Security', and then choose 'Windows Firewall'. Select 'Allow a program through' and select WolfQuest from the list.
If you have a custom firewall software, see if you can add the WolfQuest game to its list of applications to allow through.
