To change your password:
- From the splash screen, login then click ‘Account’. From the in-game options menu, login then click ‘Profile’.
- Navigate to ‘Account Info’. This should be the default landing page.
- Enter your new password and click submit. After a moment, you should see a message, “Done! Your password has been changed!” If you do not see this message, then the request failed to go through. Please try again.
To change username:
Please contact us at email@example.com with at least four new usernames, each on a separate line, sorted from most to least preferred. Don’t forget to include your current 2.7 username!
In order to keep your account secure, we require username change requests to come directly from the current email associated with your account.
You may request a username change once per year.
To change email address:
The e-mail address you registered to your game account cannot be changed after the registration process has been completed. If you must change it, please contact us (click the lower right “?”) and be sure to state that this is a WQ game account, not a community forum account.
If it is a forum account, please see this forum thread for instructions on requesting a forum username change.
In order to keep your account secure, we require email address change requests to come from the current email associated with your account. Be sure to include your new email address too!
Please also provide your WolfQuest username whenever you are requesting account changes.
